terms of service & form

1. general: please provide proper credit for my art. in other words, do not claim my art as your own! when using my artwork, please leave credit to my carrd, toyhouse, or deviantart. you do not have to list all 3, just 1 for credit is fine!
2. rights to usage: only you (or, if you sell the character in the future, the character owner), may use the art. i do reserve the right to use artwork for examples for my commissions, but i will keep a watermark on my publically posted pieces!
3. contact: i try to keep my commissioners as updated as possible through discord - storielle#8013 (preferred), deviantart notes, or toyhouse messages, but you may check my trello for updates as well if you do not like being sent a lot of messages.
4. payment: once i approve of your commission, i require payment up front. after a sketch has been shown, i will not be accepting refunds. changes are allowed, however, after you approve of the lineart i cannot make any additional changes to it.
5. what i do and don't draw: i am comfortable drawing felines (domestic & big cats), canines (domestic & wolves/other canids), most animal species, anthros, and nsfw. i will not draw extreme robitics, equestrians, humans, hateful art, extreme fetishes, loli. i do have the right to refuse any commission if i feel uncomfortable drawing it.
6. in regards to nsfw art: if you are interested in seeing examples of nsfw art or want to order a nsfw commission, i do require a form of ID. minors are not allowed to order any form of nsfw art, nor see examples of nsfw art.
7. time frame for commissions: art does take time! at minimum, your art will take two weeks to be completed. however, i do have a life outside of creating artwork and a family to take care of, so sometimes art may take a bit longer. if it will take longer, i will communicate about it with you!
8. form for commissioning: please send me the commission form through either discord, deviantart notes, or toyhouse private messages.

on-base design: $15 (comes with free cleaned sketch headshot) *we will discuss your preferred base for me to use (must be f2u)!
